Laurel Gailor from the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Warren County, and Barry Kincaid of KLC Property Enhancement were co-presenters. |

This program has been presented to community organizations around the Lake, including Ticonderoga and Huletts Landing. This is a great program for a homeowners association. |

Loons on Lake George
This program was presented for Ticonderoga Kiwanis in 2008. The LGA helps coordinate loon monitoring on Lake George for Biodiversity Research Institute's Adirondack Center for Loon Conservation - which is where much of the info about loons in this program came from. |

Goose Management
This program was presented by Watershed Educator Kristen Rohne in Huletts Landing on July, 2010. Much of the program is borrowed from Ron Zega, a wildlife specialist with USDA Wildlife Services, who gave presentations earlier that spring in Lake George and Hague. |

Lake Friendly Living
This program is a much shorter version of the more comprehensive Lake Georgeology program below. It is a brief introduction to the concept of water quality as a result of what goes in the water – and what stays in the water. It also explains how land use and human activities affect what goes into the water. |

Lake Georgeology
This program has two main parts. A brief introduction to the geology, ecology, limnology and some of the other "ologies" that shape Lake George. Then an introduction to indicators of water quality and a review of some of the data that has been collected about Lake George water quality. It was presented to the town of Lake George and Bolton municipal boards. |

Rain Gardens
This is special edition of a lake-friendly landscaping program that is all about rain gardens. It was presented for the Ticonderoga Kiwanis in May of 2010. |

This program has a lot of great information about ways to conserve water. It also has some info about the scarcity of water borrowed from our guest speaker at our annual meeting in 2010, Dr. Ken Wagner. |

Exploring Pond Life
This program was presented for the Southern Adirondack Audubon Society in 2008 and also at the Lake George Land Conservancy as part of a summer talk series in 2007.
